The "Bush People" live in the northernmost state of the state of what nature offers them. But they need fuel for the power supply and their tools. The transport of gasoline is tedious and dangerous - particularly in winter with ice and snow. That is why the wildernesses want to build a windmill on Chichagof Island. With this alternative energy source the "Wolfsrudel" would be completely independent.
