Ronnie Abbeloos got permission to attend the court in Brussels about his divorce, but fails to return within a reasonable time, jealous as his slut wife Anouck flirts with any man who shows the slightest interest, rather gets drunk and goes parachute jumping. Thus Wim Van der Straeten looses rare permission, conditional on Ronnie's return, to leave early and attend his brother's shop opening reception, even gets late and is recalled. The colonel is in a grim mood, having found Tiene kissing with a younger man and accepted his wife's crushing terms for a separation. After inspecting a cross-dresser's kinky nightclub Finesse, the adjutant makes sure Ronnie is found drunk and faces a costly sanction.
