It's Terri's first day in Emergency - a new environment, a new position and a new boss. She is at ground zero. Terri comforts the family of a man admitted to the ED after being impaled by an iron bar. The impersonal nature of her new job coupled with an accusation of overdosing a patient and a lack of support from her new colleagues pushes Terri to the limit. Her first day may very well be her last day.
