In her impotent rage, Jenny finds herself at Diana's bedside; Simone succeeds in binding Richard more strongly by signing the amended marriage contract. Richard does not manage to inform Nadja about the latest developments. Through the temporary rescue of the company, Simone and Richard actually get very close again and give themselves over to their passion; Tim rejects Ben's accusation that he only wants to take advantage of Vanessa. Vanessa is looking forward to her date with Tim, but shortly before it really gets down to business, Tim has a guilty conscience.
