It's August 1943, and things are buzzing in Almaty's rear. Factories that were moved there earlier are cranking out weapons like mines, bombs, torpedoes, and flamethrowers. But in the city's dark alleys, gangs, saboteurs, and Third Reich agents are causing trouble, making Almaty the USSR's crime hub.

There's a German agent dropped in the city, and a whole network of saboteurs is hiding behind him.
