Return of the series seeing events from the standpoint of inspectors whose job it is to ensure that regulations are observed by those who seek to bend or break them. In the first programme Norfolk Broads river inspectors face the prospect of around 40,000 visitors during the August Bank Holiday. Part and parcel of this invasion is an endless stream of complaints against tourists who are often unfamiliar with the byelaws that operate on the water.
