A look at the work of the shomers, the kosher inspectors led by Rabbi Jeremy Conway and employed by the Beth Din (Jewish courts of law) to oversee the laws of Kashrut, given by God via Moses to the Jewish people more than 3,500 years ago. Their work takes them to bar mitzvahs, Jewish weddings and non-kosher kitchens.
