The fifth programme in the present series looks at traffic wardens in Manchester, where security is tight following the 1996 IRA bomb. It features the city's longest-serving warden, David Raglan, who even took a pay cut to remain in his job, Karen Carr, one of nineteen wardens patrolling Manchester Airport, and former Army sergeant John Anderson, who is involved in traffic organisation for a two-day visit by the Queen.
