Rischard Lewkowiez has Down syndrome and is left in an orphanage in Malmö in 1953. Kattis Ahlström and Niklas Källner try to understand why he never saw his parents again. They find a cruel story that begins in the ghetto in Łódź under Nazi Germany and ends with a relative receiving answers that they have been searching for for generations.
