Tsietsi tries to entice Buzwe with money, but Buzwe refuses to represent him. Nkonzo vows to keep an eye on Buzwe. Tsietsi tells the papers about Nkonzo's suspension. Nokulunga comes to the cleansing in Tsietsi's place. To everyone's horror the goat dies. The Biyela's want the Namanes to pay back the money. Violet and Damian vow to support the family, and go to the cleansing.
