Meirin and the others head for the Kaiun Tower in Eddie's car to attack the Dark Shrine Maiden head-on. However, no matter how fast they drive, they can't get close to the tower. Apparently, the tower is surrounded by a powerful magical barrier. After devising a new plan in the library, Meirin and the others split up. Then, Koumi shows up. He succeeds in cornering Meirin alone in the park, and again tries to steal her power from her lips. Meanwhile, Grandpa Geppei learns about the mysterious Dark Lord from an ancient document...
