Alif wishes to reconcile with Fisya. Fisya asks if Alif will perform her surgery. Alif grants her wish although he knows it will be unethical for him to do this. It’s forbidden, especially now that he has transferred to another hospital. Alif will face all the consequences and carry the burden for the rest of his life if he's the one to perform the surgery – and fails. But as it turns out, miracles really do happen.
