This household of four women and two dogs is in constant chaos. Grown sisters Kandi and Liz bought Louie for their mom who never even wanted a dog. Kandi's boyfriend Mike passed away, leaving her with Bella the Lab. Both dogs have behavioral issues, the carpets and furniture are ruined and mom is ready to move out.
