The Canine Ambassador program at the Sheraton Hotel was designed so guests could enjoy walking a dog when they are missing theirs. But what happens when your so-called "ambassador" walks like a tow truck and has the attention span of a gnat? From concierge to upper management, no one wants to walk Ben, yet they all want the program to be a success. Brad needs them to take on training as a team before Ben gets fired.
