Kim's children bought Roxy the lab puppy to bring Kim joy and get her out of the house in her wheelchair on walks. But this barking, pulling, uncontrolled puppy has had the opposite effect... confining her to the house and magnifying her disability, making her feel worse. Brad needs to help Kim take control and turn Roxy into the companion she's always wanted.
