Kendria and Leslie were "built-in best friends" as children. Coming from a family that moved often, through new towns, new schools and new social circles, they always had each other. For all the big life events, Leslie looked to her older sister Kendria to lead the way. They raised families in tandem with husbands who were friends and spent vacations together. But when their Mother passed, followed by Leslie's husband, a rift began to grow. Tiny squabbles turned into big frustrations. The once synchronized sisters were out of step. Leslie still shows her love through food and together, creating their childhood favourite Deep Dish Brownie Pizza, they try to find a way back to being besties.
