Baby Bop isn't satisfied with the things she can do. She wants to play the piano keyboard like Riff and roller skate like Barney. Nobody can cheer her up, until she unexpectedly gets the whole park dancing - and realizes there are things she can do! When the kids unintentionally leave a boy in a wheelchair out of their play, Barney steps in to help. Everyone feels excluded sometimes...even Barney!
