After their colonies are attacked and destroyed by the Cylon Empire, a large group of human refugees set out across the universe in 220 ships to find a new home. The fleet is lead by Commander Adama in the warship, Battlestar Galactica. Every day is a struggle for survival as the Cylons pursue them across the stars, intent on wiping them out.

The Gun on Ice Planet Zero (1)A special task force, made up out of mostly convicts, is dispatched to destroy a gigantic Cylon operated pulsar cannon on the planet Arcta directly in the Colonial Fleet's path. Having earlier lost three cadets - two of them to the pulsar and the other forced to land and captured - Starbuck is eager to join the expedition for once. However, Boxey and Muffit also stow away on the shuttle to join the group.

Unfortunately, Siress Belloby won't give up the energizer unless the commander courts her. Down on the planet, the inhabitants of the small Agro community of Serenity are looking for a new dispensable constable to hold off the Borays, who raid the town each high moon.

The Young LordsShot down by Cylons, Starbuck crash lands on Attila, a planet on the far edge of Omega Sector and finds himself rescued from a phalanx of Cylons by a family of children. Kyle, the young leader of these self proclaimed warriors, soon hatches a plan to trade Starbuck to Outpost commander Spectre for his captured father.

Cassiopeia insists on joining them as a med-tech. Their mission clears the way for Commander Cain to lead a suicide attack against three Cylon basestars commanded by Baltar.

Experiment in TerraApollo and Starbuck follow the escaped Eastern Alliance ship back to Terra, where they help the Terrans overcome a nuclear holocaust, with the help of the race of white lights that had earlier helped them defeat Count Iblis.

Take the CelestraDuring a celebration honoring Commander Kronus, Starbuck recognizes an old flame of his, Aurora and breaks off a date with Cassiopeia to follow his lost love to the Celestra. On their arrival, Starbuck and Apollo find themselves in the midst of a mutiny.
