While the Governor's away, Benson's in charge of hosting some visiting foreign dignitaries. But because Krauss and Clayton didn't communicate with each other properly, two dignitaries who are from countries who are not exactly friendly with each other go for each other's throats, literally. So Benson has to try and fix their rift or he'll be blamed for it. And he learns that the cause of their antagonism is something personal.
