The world is devided into three areas: Angels' World, Devils' World and Earth. They all happily lived in their areas without interfering in other areas, but peace was collapsed at last. Thanks to high-degree biotechnology, Devils found a way to build their own body-like machine, and they began attacking Earth. Angel Phoenix receives a mission to save the world from the Devils.
