Lagoon is hired to deliver a package, consisting of a boy - the son of a high-profile Venezuelan crime family. Colombian crime lords in Roanapur find that he is in the city and try to take him out, but his maid/bodyguard Roberta arrives in town at that point. Lagoon arrives at their favorite watering hole - a bar called Yellowflag - just as Roberta confronts the Colombian mob inside.
