Pavel Khromov, disguised as a criminal, meets with the gang leader, Captain Sikora. Khromov invites Sikora to take "Princess Galitsina's stones" together. Sikora does not believe Khromov. The operatives go to the construction site, where the Black Wolves serve as officers. But there, another thing awaits them - a stunning, seemingly absolutely impossible under Soviet power.
