Blaze, Starla and Stripes turn into a bulldozer, crane, and excavator to help a Pizza Chef build a restaurant. But when they're done, the team gets a call from Crusher and Pickle, who have built themselves the tallest, coolest, rickety-est tower-with no way to get down. Blaze and his construction pals set off to rescue the trapped trucks, using their heavy-lifting abilities to overcome any obstacle in their way.
