A young man, with a long juvenile record is causing trouble again. As more incidents that get more serious occur, he comes under the spotlight. He is also a friend of Adam's who doesn't think his friend is the cause of all the trouble. The police are torn between some believing him and others thinking he is as guilty as sin. There is also a spate of security alarms that keep going off creating many false alarms.
