A father and his young daughter turn up to claim a property left to him but the house is not there, it's been moved. This is just the start, as more people start to claim ownership of the property and land. Tom gets his dinner date with Sally Downie at last, when she has a visitor Tom wasn't expecting. All inquiries and evidence now seem to lead to Sally Downie, who holds the deeds to the house.
