Season 13
In this Dutch web-series presented by Tim Hofman issues consumers had with business are aimed to be resolved. In each episode Tim together with Marije de Roode investigated an issue that a consumer had with a company is investigated and strongly pushed to come with a solution, because the consumers are mad (or 'boos' in Dutch). A follow-up of a mad consumer of a previous episode is also often given.
