Kip & Henry, with help from their friends put together a special cable show called "Bite The Big Apple". To not only retain their client but advertise his business. They add an incentive in the form of promising to deliver him Penny Marshall as a special guest but Penny runs very late , so they do what all good sitcoms characters do...stall for time!
