Before the big I Love You Day celebration, the Bates sisters come together for a spa day and dish about Carlin’s new boyfriend. Later, it’s a “Down on the Farm” theme for this year’s I Love You Day celebration, where the entire Bates family honor Mama Jane during the festivities!
