Makar, Seryoga and Katerina detain Kosoy and release the children. Meanwhile, Mila persuades the Tsar to flee abroad. However, he demands that his daughter go with them. Under pressure, Nina tells Mila that Nastya is with Alex. Arriving at the ward to Alex, Mila tries to take Nastya by force, but finds Seryoga, Makar and Lenya there. In the fight, Alex kills Mila while protecting Nastya. And on a tip from Mikhalych, Makar finds an apartment in which the Tsar is hiding ...
