The brothers are getting inspiration from their own Brooklyn neighborhood, Williamsburg. They'll fuse two of their favorite types of food, Japanese and barbecue, into one glorious Open Face Pork Sandwich with a Ramen Bun. Then they'll hit Queens to meet the King...of falafel, who gives them a great tip for making their Falafel Sliders. In between, they'll make a tuna melt to cure Uncle Ricky's Midnight Munchies and show you how to cook a glorious Peanut Butter and Jelly Quesadilla with nothing but a microwave oven.
