This is the matter of Montgomery v. Childs. Mia says her ex-boyfriend Malik, put her out of his car leaving her stranded in rural Georgia in the middle of the night. Malik, admits, he put Mia out of the car, but says he had no choice because she was acting crazy and trying to snatch the steering wheel. Mia wants the court to decide if she should give Malik another try and bury the hatchet.
