This is the case of Brown v Brown. Damontay, admits that he has been cruel to his sister-in-law despite still living in her house. Gladys, admits that Damontay has been a jerk and that she puts up with this treatment because she does not want to upset her husband Darius. Darius, has witnessed the horrible treatment over the past two years but has done very little to nothing to stop it, out of fear of upsetting his brother. Darius wants this court to decide if he and Gladys should forgive his brother and bury the hatchet.
