This is the matter of Sands vs. Curry. Amiah says that she loaned Taylor her car when she went out of town and when she returned it was damaged. Taylor admits she caused the damage and is willing to pay for it but just doesn't have the money right now. Amiah is really hurt and would like to mend her friendship with Taylor, so she wants this court to decide if she should bury the hatchet with Taylor.
