This is the matter of Von Holland v. Kelly. Tia claims that her boyfriend of three years has gotten another woman pregnant. Khalyl says that it was Tia who introduced this new woman into their relationship and so she has no right to be angry with him, in fact he never wanted to be in a trouple in the first place. Tia admits that she can be jealous and thought another woman would stop Khalyl from cheating. Tia wants this court to decide whether or not she is justified in feeling upset about the baby or if she should bury the hatchet.
