This is the matter of Gonzales v. Von Holland and Kelly. Chicka, claims that Khalyl knows that she is pregnant with his baby as she wasn't sleeping with anyone else while the thee of them were together. Tia says she has watched a sex-tape from Chicka and another man during the pregnancy window, so Khalyl is not the only possible father. Chicka wants this court to decide if she should raise this baby on her own or work on building a family with Khalyl and Tia and Bury the Hatchet.
