This is the matter of Jackson v. Benton. Quay, says that he went out of town and came back to find he was homeless. Desirae' admits that she put Quay out and that he deserved it, because he slept with her ex and didn't tell her until after the fact. Quay admits this but says it was a well known fact that the man was gay. Quay wants this court to decide if he should forgive his friend Desirae and bury the hatchet.
