This is the matter of Roberts v. Franks. Shana admits that Trey is great in bed but has an anger problem and can't stay out of jail. Trey was recently released from the penitentiary and now that he's out, he wants Shana to stop engaging with other men so they can build a life together. Shana and Trey want this court to decide if they should go their separate ways or if they should commit to one another and bury the hatchet.
