Jack is arrested after he fails to stop Hammer salvaging the government's pile driver. In court, Jack retells the time the pile driver was in testing and Hammer in pursuit of it. Jack is tried guilty, but escapes from his sentence. Wilhelmina hires a bounty hunter called Brink to capture Jack. While Hannah searches for evidence, Jack pursues the poachers only to be caught by Brink, but he gets away. Hannah soon finds evidence on Captain Noc's person and divulges the truth to Wilhelmina. Jack destroys the tech house and Brink arrests Hammer.
