Mommy, Daddy, and Rosie are all busy, and Caillou is bored and frustrated... until he meets a ladybug who inadvertently shows Caillou that his family members arent the only ones who are busy so are the birds and squirrels and ants. Caillou comes to realize that everyone is busy sometimes even animals and insects and he decides to get busy too... drawing his new friends.
