PALATINE takes the initiative to have a word with YAT-HIN, to whom he frankly discloses what actually happened between him and SHUK-KWAN the other night in Macau. It turns out that he has been regarding SHUK-KWAN as a sacred goddess, through whom he confesses, rejects, and renounces any bloodshed through murder or killings done in the past that he was involved in. After learning of this, YAT-HIN changes his attitude completely, and with Prince MAN-HONG as their witness, he eventually ties the knot with SHUK-KWAN. Thinking that her mission has been accomplished after seeing this, TAI-MUI wishes the newlyweds to be blessed with a baby boy soon, without knowing that YAT-HIN doesn't sincerely want to marry SHUK-KWAN.
