As Christmas approaches, a bloke who's "had a drink" causes a crash and the wreckage is ploughed into by a minibus carrying choirboys and priests. Rachel's admirer Tim has Christmas plans for the two of them. Mike has a big argument in the board room. A boy with Tourette's stumbles upon a camp of homeless drinkers and ends up in casualty where Jude and Rachel have the necessary skills and knowledge. Matt's alcoholic homeless father is revealed as the hospital thief. A cop opens his heart to Kate and she only just stems him in time. Rachel finds out that Baz is pregnant. At the Christmas party, Matt looks like he's lost Jude to Daniel and Ash and Laura have a big snog in full sight.
