Chef Romy Gill gives some envelopes to the remaining 4 contestants: Gaurav, Kabita, Archana, and Faisu. Each envelope contains an overnight technique such as fermentation, confit, and slow cooking.
The contestants will get 30 minutes for preparation and must collect all ingredients from the pantry on the previous day only as the pantry will be closed for the next day. After 30 mins, they will have to leave the kitchen as it is, keep the items on the counter/fridge, and come back in the next day.
