In the first task, a terrifying feat tests the celebrities both mentally and physically as they race in a forward abseil down a 300-ft working dam. Then, under cover of darkness, the recruits must perform one of the most feared tasks - the backwards dive. Will the celebrity recruits conduct themselves in the manner required?
