E5Episode 5Tim and Krys have their first gastronomic weekend, and the pressure is on to make sure it runs smoothly. Belinda and Lee are hosting their biggest event so far with music, dancing and a slap-up meal for paying guests from the surrounding towns and villages. However, it seems they might have underestimated the wine requirements of the British contingent. Dick Strawbridge visits Angela and Steve to lend a hand with a precariously dislodged beam holding up the roof of one of their chateau turrets. - Episode 9
E9Episode 9Tim and Rebecca receive a booking and prepare for the imminent arrival of their first paying guests. Motor bike enthusiasts Martin and Kim view 3 more Chateaux. Paul and Karen have to get a local mason to come and give them an estimate for a problem with crumbling masonry. Karen also reupholster a treasured family sofa, and Angel visits to offer advice. - Episode 10
E10Episode 10Anna and Edward host another big wedding, but Edward is put out of action and with the food delayed and the weather threatening to take a turn for the worse, Anna has to work hard to pull it off without a hitch. Dick visits Tim and Rebecca as they run into structural problems on their second B&B guest suite. With only one guest room up and running, they're in a race against time to double their income by the end of the summer season. Paul tackles a leaking outbuilding to finish the cinema room, while Karen does all she can to bag their first wedding booking. - Episode 18

Billie visits Dick and Angel's chateau for tips on decorating their Orangerie. British Designer Nicole and Belgian Architect Stefan start work on their ancient gatehouse, a friend, Eric, helps to break down a wall in a bathroom. Stefan wants to make the gatehouse into an apartment to rent. - Episode 23

Chateau de Lomanie in the SW of France near Bordeaux is owned by Johnny and Ashley, and they want to remove a metal grid in the ceiling to make a feature of the skylight above, but it is dangerous work. - Episode 25

At 60 miles from Dunkirk, Nicole and Stefan are converting part of their chateau in to 18 holiday homes. Stefan is breaking down a wall as he believes there is a hidden fireplace. They have a chateau near Toulouse in SW France that they recently purchased for £400,000, after Steve retired from a job with a charity. Angel helps a chateau owner decorate her bedroom.
