E1A Doubtful BeginningJong-won and the members are ready to go to Antarctica. They underwent the survival training and practised cooking before departure. However, getting to Antarctica itself is challenging. It takes about 35 hours to get to Punta Arenas, Chile. They are two hours away from Antarctica, but they can only enter when the weather is clear. Will they be able to enter Antarctica safely? - King Sejong Station
E2King Sejong StationDue to an unexpected delay, Jong Won and the members stay and train for a few more days before entering Antarctica. The weather is clear, and the members head to King Sejong Station. On their way to the station, the members observe the melting ice walls, a result of global warming, and the drastic changes in Antarctica. Finally, the members meet the winter crew. - The First Meal
E3The First MealToday, the members prepare a meal for the crew at King Sejong Station for the first time. Jong-won decides to make chicken nanban, a crispy fried chicken that’s coated in a sweet and sour sauce. The crew members enjoy the meal, and they are even surprised that the chicken they had in storage for a year doesn’t smell gamey at all. - First Packed Lunch
E4First Packed LunchAs the repeater on Nabi Hill needs to be fixed, the technicians are dispatched along with Soo-hyang and Suho. Jong-won and Jong-hyeop must make boxed meals for the dispatched team. They decide to pack food high in calories for the crew members who will be using a lot of energy. - Penguin Village
E5Penguin VillageThe Penguin Research Team can’t return to King Sejong Station on time for dinner, so they request boxed meals. The entire Chef of Antarctica crew sets off to the Penguin Village, where the researchers collect data on penguins. E6First Off Station CookingThe Chef of Antarctica crew visits the Argentine Base for the first time. The purpose of the visit is to share the ingredients that the Argentine Base lacks. They learn what it is to bond over a meal and spend time together in Antarctica, where they have to lean on each other. After lunch, the crew members check out the Argentina Base’s kitchen, which is much different from the King Sejong Station’s. - The Great Wall Station
E9The Great Wall StationThis time, the Chef of Antarctica crew visits the Chinese station. The Chinese station boasts all sorts of ingredients, including lamb hearts and bullfrogs. They also meet their main chef, Chef Xiang. The crew decides to make squid and pork belly bulgogi, jjimdak, and doenjang stew with the little ingredients they are given. - An Unexpected SituationE10
An Unexpected SituationA blizzard stops the Chef of Antarctica crew from returning to King Sejong Station, so they’re left with no choice but to remain at the Chinese station. After returning to King Sejong Station, Soo Hyang musters up her courage and helps cut the crew members’ hair. - The Great Gimbap Rolling Battle
E11The Great Gimbap Rolling BattleThe crew engages in a fierce gimbap-rolling competition to avoid a penalty while preparing a massive Korean feast for the Uruguayan base. SUHO falls behind as Jong Won and the others effortlessly churn out rolls to feed the waiting crowd. Tension mounts as they wait to see if the foreign crew will accept their bold new flavours. - A Miracle Feast On Ice
E12A Miracle Feast On IceChef Paik faces a culinary crisis when essential ingredients for a specific birthday feast are completely missing in Antarctica. He invents a milkless sauce using cream soup while Jong Hyeop hunts for ancient drift ice to save the celebration. The team turns a barren kitchen into a culinary miracle. - Night Duty
