Katherine gives the government an idea to fake a Pluto landing on the out skirts of Chilly Beach. Frank stumbles upon the "Pluto Landing" site and is mistaken for an alien. Katherine tells Frank that he'll be a part of a "secret" space mission, that no one shall know about. He then figures out the truth later on and Abbie helps Frank escape.
