Monterey Jack's mother, Camembert Kate, comes to visit, but Monty is embarrassed by all her smothering. Meanwhile, Fat Cat, in an attempt to rid the city of dogs, recruits a team of moles to dig underneath the foundations of the city's buildings, causing them to lean over and drive both dogs and humans out of town. It is up to the Rescue Rangers and Camembert Kate to stop him.
