When we return to Milk Street, Christopher Kimball makes Chicken Fatteh, which layers oven-crisped pita, fragrant basmati rice pilaf, a creamy yogurt-tahini sauce and tender shredded chicken. Then, Chris demonstrates Jordanian Bedouin Flatbread, a rustic loaf ideal for scooping up stewy or saucy main dishes. Finally, Milk Street Cook Sam Fore prepares Eggplant-Tahini Dip, similar to baba ghanoush.
