Duncan is savagely beaten by crazed criminals Megan Black and her lover John Cassidy and left for dead. The team go all out to find them and why Duncan was targeted. A lead determines that they are about to leave the country so the team have to find out who is helping them before they succeed. Meanwhile, the Office of Police Standards subpoena Bernice's records and charge her with corruption which puts her study fellowship in England in jeopardy.
