Shun, new to the neighborhood, doesn't know how to play, so Emily Elizabeth invites him to join in and learn. When it seems to him like he's not a very good player, he starts making excuses to try to get out of the game. Meanwhile, Clifford and his friends are also looking for fun and take part in a game created by Norville: wall-hit-ball, a wacky game that's fun to play but seemingly has no solid rules.
